this came out really awesome bro, i agree the hands do need a bit of work but still pretty good, try drawing a couple of your hands by looking at them, it kinda helps a bit, other than that, this is just GREAT!

Ok, some great aspects to this drawing, just keep working on that perspective dude.
Look at fine art work by the likes of Lucian Freud and the other old masters, practice drawing real people and then move onto your stylised work, you'll be surprised how much it helps... trust me, it's worth seeing a few old dudes naked.... eugh... almost.
